Is my money safe?
Yes. We operate on a deposit + balance model. You never pay in full upfront — your balance is only due once the item is inspected and ready to ship. If we can't source your item, your deposit is fully refunded.
What if the item is out of stock or unavailable?
We'll notify you within 24 hours and either suggest an alternative or refund your deposit. No questions asked.
Can you source items from multiple countries in one order?
Yes — this is one of our specialties. We can consolidate items from Japan, China, Thailand, and Vietnam into a single shipment where possible, saving you on shipping costs.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary by destination. We'll include the estimated cost in every quote.
Do you handle customs and import duties?
We prepare and label shipments correctly, but import duties in your country are your responsibility. We're happy to advise on what to expect for common destinations.
What if the item arrives damaged?
We document and photograph every item before shipping. If damage occurs in transit, we assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Can I request a specific brand or factory?
Yes. If you have a preferred supplier or factory, especially for China orders, just include that in your request and we'll work with them directly.
How long does sourcing take?
Most orders are quoted within 48 hours and shipped within 5–7 business days of deposit. Japan and China orders are typically fastest. Custom or bulk orders may take longer — we'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront.
