Fill out our order form with as much detail as possible — product name, link if you have one, quantity, preferred color/size, and your budget. The more detail you give us, the faster we can source it.
We find the best available source, confirm stock, and send you a full itemized quote: product cost in local currency, converted to USD, plus our 10% fee and estimated shipping. No obligation at this stage.
If you're happy with the quote, you pay a 50% deposit. This locks in the product and exchange rate. We then place the order directly with the supplier.
Before shipping, we do a basic quality check — verifying the item matches the description, is undamaged, and is correctly packaged. We photograph the item for your records.
Once the item passes inspection, we invoice the remaining 50%. Upon payment, your order ships. We send you a tracking number and follow up until it's delivered.
